Plumber Notes: Arrived, cut Polly out and replaced it with cpvc. Cut cast iron out couldn’t get all of it due to not being able to cut drywall with the lavatory. We got as much out as we could and replaced with PVC fittings and pipe. Tested no leaks and set toilet back. He is going to contact the insurance about the remaining cast iron in crawl space to see if it is okay. If it is, great, if not, I’m making him a new estimate to remove lavatory and cabinet and cut wall and get the rest of cast iron out.
