Plumber Notes: Nut on bottom of the tank that goes to flush valve was very loose. Was causing water to pour out of tank. I tightened the nut and leak stopped. Also took off handle to the toilet and cleaned the trash off of it because it was sticking. Also readjusted the chain to the flapper so the handle and flapper would operate properly. Flushed toilet several times. Waited to see if leak was stopped. It is no longer leaking. Job complete
