Plumber Notes: On arrival, I measured the water heater to make sure it would fit. Water heater was 1 1/2 inches wider than the door jam. Called the management and waited for their response. After some back and forth was told by management that it was alright for me to remove the door jam. Checked electrical wiring to make sure water heater breaker is labeled correctly. Drained old heater and prepped for removal. Prepped new heater for install. After the water heaters were prepped, I started to take down the door jam. After door jam removal, I removed the old water heater. After removal of old unit, I began to clean up the area of any water and debris from in back of closet. I then brought in the new unit and pushed it into the closet. I then installed new heater and reconnected the wiring. Filled up water heater and tested for pressure, debris in the line, and also leaks. All checks out and water heater is heating.
