Plumber Notes: Found a pump in the septic tank and snaked out and was still clogged. Went to the bathroom to pull the toilet and snaked out large amounts of sewage(cloth rags, towels, etc.) Recommend to do a jet job to improve drainage flow. All access points have been cleared by way of cabling. Both inside as well as outside. Tenants are still having slow drainage. There is concern as to whether or not it will back up again soon. Will need camera inspection to determine the integrity the drainage system. Recommend jetting to clean the inside of the drainage system under the building. Will put together an informal estimate and email to POC.
