Plumber Notes: Customer has clog in both urinals in the men’s bathroom. Pulled first urinal snaked drain and found that drain is clear. Due to the damage snaking porcelain shouldn’t snake urinal itself. Will return with chemical for urinal to open up calcium build up. Advised price includes return trip tomorrow to install chemical since chemical could not be found until supply house opens again.
