Plumber Notes: Came out due to no hot water. Upon arrival, tenant said she got hot water in one bathroom and the other bathroom sink but nowhere else. While following tenant and asking questions, she kept turning fixtures the wrong direction. As soon as I turned handles to the left (standard hot side) everything started working. Perfectly good hot water throughout home but heater is 26 years old and due to go bad any moment. While here, addressed a gap between tile and tub faucet. Caulked gap to create seal and stop any potential leaks.
