Plumber Notes: When arrived, maintenance said that the toilet and both rooms 212 and 211 or backing up. Upon further investigation, I opened the clean out in the hallway between both rooms and ran my 5/8 cable down the inch and a half clean out for those rooms. I pulled back twice wipes. I let maintenance staff know that the tenant was using wipes in the toilet. I then tested the toilet six times and nothing backed up. Everything is clear, toilets are flushing correctly, job is complete.
