Plumber Notes: There is a leak in unisex bathroom that is caused when shower is ran. On other side of bathroom is storage room which gets flooded when issue arises. Advised to fully diagnose if the issue is coming from mop sink on adjacent wall or if it’s a bigger issue with the tile in the shower. Will need to remove mop sink, and expose wall behind shower and retest. If no leaks found at that time can deduce that issue is from mop sink and replacement with new seals will resolve issue. If leak remains will need to either get new shower pan for shower area to prevent leaks or contact tile professional.
