Plumber Notes: Route the water lines from the shower through the walls and around to the new tub. Will need to drill through many studs, once the water is routed around we will use stud guards to protect the pipe from position it needs to be in for the new tub to be installed. Once the walls are installed and the tile is on the floor we will need to make a second trip out to install the tub and the new tub valve. The tub will be furnished by the customer. Pipe fittings and labor is included with the price. Not responsible for any drywall or tile. If any unforeseen circumstances arise we will immediately bring it to the customers attention and changes to the job and price might be adjusted. Also installed both of the vanities in the master bathroom installing angle stops and connecting the drains for both of the sinks. This is additional work different from the original proposal. Also upon customer’s request changed out the water main line gate valve to a ball valve.
