Plumber Notes: Master bathroom flapper was letting water pass. Toilet kept running constantly. Changed flapper. Toilet in master bathroom working properly. Hallway bathroom toilet handle was pointing up. Handle was broken. Replaced handle and flapper. Flapper didn't have enough chain to reach handle. Replaced flapper. Toilet is working properly. Washer machine box hot side was not opening at all. It was stuck due to corrosion. Replaced washer machine box. Tested. No leaks. Garbage disposal blades are a little loose. It is working properly therefore there is no need to change it yet. If problem gets worse then I recommend changing it out.
