Plumber Notes: Cut open the ceiling in Unit 201. Inspected all the drainage in the area and water lines, and did not see any active leaks. Went to Unit 301 and ran the shower for 45 minutes to an hour and then went back down to Unit 201 to investigate. Finally started hearing dripping noises and then another 45 minutes later, saw visible water coming out of the concrete between the shower and the toilet, coming from Unit 301. Went to Unit 301 and saw pieces of grout line close to the shower wall was missing. The engineer determined that, that is the source of the leak.
