Plumber Notes: Will remove current on the floor mop sink and mop sink faucet. Will need to jackhammer floor to get to good pipe to be able to transition from drain in floor to 2 inch drain for laundry. Will use existing water in wall to connect to new laundry box. Will utilize a studor vent for venting of laundry drain with studor box. Betros does not repair tile or drywall. Removed mop sink and faucet, jack hammered the floor and noticed that there was a studor vent already attached to the drain. Capped off the mop sink drain and backfilld the hole and replaced the concrete. Cut the drywall to expose the studor, and also cut the exterior wall to reroute the washer box to connect to the studor vent. Rerouted the water pipe behind the washer box and secured it to the wall. Checked the pipes for leaks and none were seen. The hot water side is not getting any pressure.
