Middle of the night… I had a plumbing emergency, and they answered promptly. Thankfully, I knew how to shut off the water, but they were there to help with that, assess the urgency, and coordinate with the on call. Within 5 minutes I had a callback from an actual plumber, and he was able to arrive within an hour.
