Plumber Notes: JEA was doing work nearby and shut water down. Trash was caught up in the body of flush valve. Flushed trash out and tested urinal in men’s room. Right side urinal. Flushing good at this time. Looked at adding angle stop for coffee machine, to feed. Tried flushing out backflow has a very small drip out vent. Will need to replace backflow. Plumber Notes: Upon arrival we went through both bathrooms and found the back toilet to be clogged with human waste sitting in the bowl. Using the plunger that was next to the toilet I was able to break up the stoppage. I believe the stoppage to be too much toilet paper as I was able to break the stoppage by hand. We sprayed a cleaning solution in the toilet bowl and scrubbed the toilet using a toilet brush. I am posting photos and videos of the toilet being flushed for proof stoppage is broken up. Plumber Notes: Upon arrival I was shown the hall bathroom toilet. The toilet would only slowly go down and not flush properly. Using my toilet auger I was able to break through the stoppage. I did not pull anything back with the toilet auger there was only some shredded toilet tissue as we were augering the toilet. I am continuously flushing the toilet to ensure the blockage is broke up and flows out to the city sewer. Plumber Notes: Customer toilet supply line is stubbed up too high and right behind the toilet not allowing customer to install a new toilet. We will cut drywall where waterline is and relocate the waterline to the proper location for a toilet. At least 8 inches off the toilet center and about 8 inches off the floor. We will install an angle stop. We will not repair or replace drywall. Once drywall is replaced customer will contact us so that we can install the toilet. Customer has cast iron with a brass flange if the flange needs to be replaced we will replace the flange with a cast iron to pvc flange. On arrival customer show me the angle stop that they needed moved in the wall. I cut out that sectional drywall cut out the old angle. Stop ran piping about 7 to 8 in over to the left. Stubbed out a new angle. Stop added on a new supply line. Had customer check to make sure the angle stop was in the position that they wanted. Customer was happy with it and job is complete. I also did look back to set the toilet to Flynn just compatible and the flange does look good…. read more
