Plumber Notes: Read bottom in case of return. Came out for wash machine stoppage. Tried running 5/8 cable but would not make past trap. Was able to push 15ft with smaller hand snake. Ran garden hose wide open for over 5 minutes down line and it never backed up. Then proceeded to run 2 loads to verify there was no hiccups. Everything drained great. A lot of grease in line. Would recommend snaking from kitchen sink if we have to return again.... read more

Plumber Notes: Customer has washing machine drain stoppage. Snake from intermittence valve access to the washing machine drain and was only able to get my cable to go out so far before it worsened. Pulled it back and tried it again several times. Could not get any further, it's about 40 ft out after investigating the backyard notice there is a main line with cleanouts near the washing machine drain that exits the outside of the building we are going to have to reroute the washing machine drain into the main line in order to correct this issue. The homeowner will be digging the ditch for us to run our plumbing to make the proper connection so his washing machine can operate properly.... read more

Plumber Notes: Customer will be doing all of drywall and cabinetry upstairs and downstairs. We will be replacing 4" cast iron that is in the Interior wall to pick up a tub,sink,toilet and Kitchen sink downstairs. We will also be bringing a small four foot piece of cast iron to put through boot going through roof. And then doing everything Else in p v c. We may have to reroute the bathtub upstairs to make it work. It is now on a four by three With two inch side outlet. Not sure if we can still get that fiting. We may have to do some demo to access new location for tub drain. Customer is willing to help anyway possible with any more demo. We find during the work process. Jobs should take no longer than a full day but if it does we will let customer know. Replaced cast iron, left 4 ft in ceiling that was for inch and connected 3 in to it. Remove rest of the cast iron all the way down to the kitchen about 2 ft from the floor. Replaced it with all PVC 3 inch 2-in and inch and a half and toilet riser. All fixtures and upstairs bath all the way down to Kitchen is all plastic cleaned up area job complete... read more

Plumber Notes: We will be rerouting the water lines and the drain lines for a new tub location and vanity location. The drain lines under the home. Our cast iron will be cutting them out and re-attaching them with the new drain locations. Customer will be supplying new vanity and tub And fixtures like shower valve and bathroom faucet. We will be supplying angle stops and all the PVC drain. We will also be supplying all the water pipe for the faucet. Again all demo of walls will fall on homeowner. We are not responsible for any damage to drywall tile or flooring due to this job. Re-pipe main bathroom and kitchen and water heater. All galvanized pipe is disconnected from the house water is back on no leaks. Will return tomorrow to run drain lines for tub and lavatory. Reroute drain lines for new placement for tub and vanity sink. Ran a new vent stack up into attic and put on a scooter bit. Use two inch and a half PVC wise and two inch and a half by inch and a quarter furuncles and one P-trap and 90 for vent stack and tub drain. Use One Sweep inch and a half and one 45 inch and a half and 90 for lavatory drain. All Drain work is complete will return to install tub and valve and lavatory when they are done repairing the floor.... read more

Plumber Notes: Customer stated had no pressure while using kitchen sink check cartridge on faucet and found trash in the cartridge. Cleaned it out and tested the water flow is correct now. Also, the garbage disposal was leaking due to rust and broken seals customer wanted new one installed. I installed new disposal and tested no leaks, and disposal works also tested bathroom sink. Found the aerator was broken and she stated that she was going to install new faucet fan. New vanity was installed. Everything is complete.... read more

Plumber Notes: Came to snake a sewage line. Went in through clean out on east end of property and sent 135 ft of cable, along with running water. I was asked to look at all sinks upstairs in both buildings. 2 were fixed that was unknown to Mr. Carlos. Had to cut out sheetrock in a tenant's room. Was asked to replace inch and a half line with 2 couplings on it. Replaced fixture coming thru wall because threaded coupling was cracked. Also replaced p-trap and stop fixture. Went under building to try and reach sink drain from the kitchen that I snaked. Also snaked thru removal of stupor vent.... read more
