Plumber Notes: Upon inspection found crawlspace to be full of sewage. All the visible drainage under the home is plastic. It starts to go in the ground, coming out the backside of the home, and there is a Fernco and then turns to terra-cotta or Clay, couldn’t tell due to sewage, we flush the toilet in the home And water/sewage bubbled up from the ground, where old school pipe is. informed customer we couldn’t do anything to help the situation due to the condition of the crawlspace at this time. Plumber Notes: When arrived, upon further diagnosis and changing the switch, we found that the siren needed to be replaced. We are going to order the siren return on Tuesday to install the new siren for the lift station. We returned to install the alarm siren and found that the siren that was ordered was incorrect and we need to re order. We will return when the correct siren comes in. Return with the correct siren. Plumber Notes: Break up the concrete in the bathroom and reroute the drains from the toilet to the new shower drain, over to the existing vent and tie them in together under the redirecting the waste arm tee in the wall and connecting to the shower drain line under the slab as a vent. Will attach the shower drain to the toilet drain line and install a new toilet flange for the new toilet. Install a p-trap on the shower drain and stub up through the floor with a shower drain connection. Once the shower drain is installed we will pour back the concrete to slab level and let dry over night. Will install a customer supplied shower valve with the shower head dropping down from the ceiling. Install new water lines coming from the water heater area and put it in the ceiling which is open. Will strap down and insulate the piping. Will need to build a small wooden bracket for the sink to sit on as it will float on top of the wooden brackets. Will install a chrome P-Trap under the sink for astatic reasons. Will route the drain for the new vanity through the wall around to the laundry vent stack and tie it in also will install a wall mount 8 inch spread faucet within the open wall. Will add 2×4’s to bracket for the shower floor. Install the shower pan and drain and then test it. Permit, Labor and Materials for piping will be provided. Plumber Notes: Snaked out the lavatory drain which was really clogged up with lots of rust from the cast iron and took some time to clear. Used a 5/8 cable to clear the stoppage. Attempted to snake out the floor drain in the bay and after several attempts I noticed the snake was not going that far and after Borse took me outside I noticed an oil water separator that needed to be cleaned out. Stuck my hand inside the small pit and nothing but oil came out. Once the drain is pumped out and disposed of then I recommend getting the lines jetted and cleaned…. read more
