Plumber Notes: When arrived, customer stated that the toilet was not working. upon further investigation, I found that the pressure assistant bladder tank was broken leaking, not holding pressure and the the flushing switch was broken as well. spoke with Christina and suggested replacing the toilet due to the age of the toilet being from original from building 1993. I returned to DaVita and removed the old toilet that was no longer operating and installed a brand new ADA recommended high efficiency flush toilet. Plumber Notes: Customer had valve on washing machine box that wouldn’t turn off. After assessing the valve found that it would be best to just replace the whole box. Advised customer and he stated go ahead and replace both boxes. Turned water off in hallway inside of the resealed ceiling above the water fountains. Cut drywall around boxes (BETROS does not repair or replace drywall) to get box out. Removed all hoses to washing machine and per customer replaced hoses with new ones. Installed new box and attached hoses. Waited for glue to dry and turned water on to test for leaks turned valves on and had laundry staff turn on machines to verify they work properly. Plumber Notes: Facility has multiple leaks in the ceiling. Copper water lines will need to shut the main water off in order to complete these repairs. We have made arrangements to come back this evening after hours and complete this repair. Point of contact tonight is Alissa and or James (biotech). The 12 ft ladders that we brought tonight are way too big to get up in the ceiling. We will have to come back with 10 ft ladders. Plumber Notes: When I arrived, customer stated that no toilet would flush. Upon further investigation both master and hall bath was flushing just fine. Found that the add on bathroom was clogging. I had to cut the medal toilet bolts to remove toilet. I then removed toilet and ran 7/8 cables down toilet line 50ft and cleared stoppage. I then ran water from supply line for 3 mins to test and everything was flowing. I then reset toilet with new bolts and tested by flushing toilet 7 times and toilet flushed every time.
