Plumber Notes: Arrived on site, got a call from my dispatch saying that they are wanting to reschedule this for tomorrow when they called earlier to have this done. So will be charged for today for me showing up and will be charged again. Remove P-trap from under sink in women's bathroom ran 30 ft of hand cable down drain. Did not bring nothing back stoppage is clear. Put Petra back on sink and ransink on both sides with hot water to make sure that it did not back back up. Stop it just clear job complete.... read more

Plumber Notes: Rerouted water lines in attic so that they were not blocking access panels. Also in guest bath lavatory changed out tubular drain pipes. In kitchen, replaced part of tubular drain pipes. Reenergized water lines after waiting proper amount of time and checked for leaks. Also checked new tubular for kitchen and guest bath. Plumber Notes: Gas line install from the location of the service in the back of the house. Will install approximately 15 to 20 feet of gas line for the stove top in the kitchen from its current location. Will install approximately 60 to 80 feet of gas line leading toward the gas water heater. We will be digging around the Florida room to install the soft copper piping and will sleeve the copper with plastic poly tubing. Once installed we will pressurize the copper lines and have it fully inspected once the inspection is complete we will come back to bury the line in the ground and also make any connections that need to be made to the existing fixtures that were connected to the old gas lines. Not responsible for any drywall, schrubbery, brick, block or access points for the pipe to enter. We will insulate the exterior portions where we have to drill through the house with gap filler. Plumber Notes: Initially both toilets worked fine, just women ran for approximately 7 seconds before fully shutting off. After cleaning toilets, and recording flushes to send to customer's personal number, the women's toilet began to constantly run. Plumber Notes: Installed faucet and one-handled valve. Customer asked to observe and make sure everything was fine under sink before I left. After turning water on, I noticed 2 3/8th compression tees were faulty in 3 places. I disconnected, applied pipe dope and reconnected but leak continued on 2 places. Replaced tees and metal hoses. Plumber Notes: Second stall in women's bathroom wouldn't complete a flush. Removed top of flush valve to see if diaphragm was working properly and it wouldn't stay open. Replace diaphragm and put cap back on and turned water on to test. Toilet Flushing properly at this time. In men's bathroom second urinal was filling pretty high when Flushing adjusted flush level and poured more calci solv into drain to make sure no issues. No further issues at this time.... read more

No issues found with heater and no water in pan so no reason for flood device to be beeping. Reset flood device and beeping stopped.... read more

Plumber Notes: Stall on second floor woman's bathroom is leaking from control stop of zern flush valve. Need to turn all water off to second floor to replace stop for valve. Needed to make a return trip to turn water off to make repair. Returned to turn water off to second floor and change out stop. Turned off every valve on second floor and recirculation pump to cold water service to see if we could get water to stop and water never got below 20 psi Timmy advised he would have to shut down the whole building so that repair can be made so an earlier arrival time so that water can be turned off to entire building due to restaurant needed water to open. Returned to shut of water to entire building. Turned off water at booster pumps by turning off pump and closing all valves going into and out of pump system. Psi on second floor went down. Disconnected flush valve and installed new flush valve stop for zern flushometer in women's bathroom first stall on second floor. Turned water back on to booster pump and opened all valves. Tested water on second floor and all water has proper pressure at this time. Tested stop at toilet that was worked on and no leaks found at this time and working properly. ... read more
