Plumber Notes: Customer request to replace the garbage disposal. I turn off the power the garbage disposal and disconnect the hard wire, and dishwasher drainage hose. I remove the pre-existing garbage disposal and install the new 1/2hp badger garbage disposal. I reconnect the p-trap drain, electrical and dishwasher drain hose, turn the power back and ran water into the sink compartment to check for leaks. No leaks. Customer request me to change out the ball lever stopper in the guest bathroom vanity so I remove the pre-existing ball lever stopper, install a new ball lever stopper…. read more

Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival, a member of the staff took me to the back bathroom where I inspected the bathroom faucet and determined that it was too corroded to be repaired, and needed to be replaced. I returned on October 16th and removed and replaced the faucet in the back bathroom. Once I tested the faucet, I noticed that the flow was still heavily restricted. After testing the faucet multiple times, I determined that the flow is restricted due to a faulty mixing valve. I attempted to clean the mixing valve, however this did not fix the issue. The mixing valve must be replaced in order to allow normal flow to the faucet. Job completed…. read more

Plumber Notes: When I arrived, toilets were flushing okay. She had mentioned that the building next door was also backing up. I went outside around the back of the building and found that the lift station alarm is going off causing the stoppage, causing the back up between both buildings. They are going to call their lift station guy out to figure out the issue with the lift station and if they call us back it will be because there is a stoppage after the lift station has been taken care of. This job is complete. If they do call us back for a stoppage after the lift station guy takes care of the lift station, it will not be a warranty…. read more

Due to the damage snaking porcelain shouldn’t snake urinal itself. Will return with chemical for urinal to open up calcium build up. Plumber Notes: I turn the water off at the meter. For the 3 toilets I remove the pre-existing angle stop, and supply line. I installed new glue on angle stop and install new braided support line. For the kitchen faucet- I remove the pre-existing angle stop for the hot and cold line. I install new glue on angle stop. Reconnect the supply line for the faucet hot and cold. Home owner is changing out the dishwasher, so I cap off the line the dishwasher. For the 4 sinks- I removed the pre-existing angle stop, and cap off the supply line do to customer is installing new vanities. Once the customer install the vanity, we will come and install angle stop, supply line for faucet, and escutcheon. After the installation I turn the water back on to check for leaks, and there was no leaks…. read more
