Plumber Notes: On arrival customer showed me the new toilet they want to install and the whole spigot that they wanted changed out due to it was hard to turn. So I uninstalled the old toilet after turning the water off to the house. Remove the old racks, ring and closet bolts. Installed the new toilet replacing the wax ring and closet bolts. Caulked it down to the flooring and ran a new supply line to the toilet that the customer provided. Also change the handle on the whole spigot with the new handle making it easier for the customer to turn on and off and to also stop the water from dripping when the faucet is turned off. Plumber Notes: On arrival I pulled the toilet and the employees bathroom noticed that the drain line for the toilet was full of water use. My 7/8 cable ran about 35 ft. Cleared the stoppage at the clearing the stoppage I reset the toilet, replaced the wax ring. Flush the toilet about seven to eight times to make sure the line was clear. Upon further investigation of the problem we noticed that the pressure switch was bad on the outside pump. So we removed the old pressure switch and replaced it with a new one. Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival, I met with management who informed me that the hand wash sink next to the prep line was backing up. Over the weekend. I removed the p-trap and used my hand snake to attempt to clear the blockage. However, my handsnake could not get past a hard material inside of the pipe. I then used my 3/8 k60 cable and was able to successfully get past the object that was blocking my hand snake. I then sent roughly 25 ft of cable into the line several times and attempt to clear the blockage. After pulling all of the cable back out of the line, I then noticed a few pieces of plastic from what appears to be straw wrappers pulled from the line as well as a small amount of grease. I then reconnected the tailpiece and p-trap to the drain and tested the sink for several minutes by running hot water. After several minutes I determined that the blockage had been cleared from the pipe as the sink was draining as intended. … read more

Plumber Notes: When I arrived customers toilet and sink in the half bathroom was clogged up. I ran my cable 55 ft with a cutter head to clear the stoppage i retrieved wipes, paper towels and toilet paper from the line. I then tested the toilet and it flushed the sink was still holding. I removed the p trap from under the sink and it had toilet paper and paper towels wedged in it. I removed the toilet paper and paper towels. put the p trap back together and tested the sink. the sink drains everything is draining and flowing as designed job is complete…. read more
