Plumber Notes: Upon inspection found moisture to be coming from unused circulation pump seal. Could see where water had ran down it. Per Shawn, cleaned up and tightened Allen keys. Wiped dry and kept an eye on for 30 minutes. No drips or leaks at this time. If drip occurs again, I would recommend removing circulation pump that is not in use and hard piping. Plumber Notes: Had to replace hammer arrestors for washer machine. Had to turn water off and cut small hole in sheetrock to do work. Customer supplied arrestors. Cut out old and installed new. Plumber Notes: Upon arrival was hit with a strong gas smell. upon further inspection found gas leak inside of emergency gas shut off box. Shut gas off took apart and resealed. Turn gas back on and tested. No leak at this time. Fireplace closest to emergency gas shut off was not working opened access panel, and found gas line to be turned off under table opened up gas line and tested fire pit one is working as it should fire pit two will ignite and light but after 30 seconds shuts off gas. Found issue to be flame sensor/ thermophile. It is not detecting the flame which is causing gas to be shut off. Fire pit three is functioning as it should. Plumber Notes: On arrival, I cut out the old PEX line that had a crack and removed the old FIP and replaced it with all new PEX pipe and a new FIP with a new galvanized nipple. I then turned the water back on and allowed the system to pressurize fully. Tested for any leaks after I confirmed the leak was fixed. I then serviced the water heater, I used the tankless water heater cleaning solution. Plumber Notes: On arrival customer showed me the new toilet they want to install and the whole spigot that they wanted changed out due to it was hard to turn. So I uninstalled the old toilet after turning the water off to the house. Remove the old racks, ring and closet bolts. Installed the new toilet replacing the wax ring and closet bolts. Caulked it down to the flooring and ran a new supply line to the toilet that the customer provided. Also change the handle on the whole spigot with the new handle making it easier for the customer to turn on and off and to also stop the water from dripping when the faucet is turned off. Plumber Notes: On arrival I pulled the toilet and the employees bathroom noticed that the drain line for the toilet was full of water use. My 7/8 cable ran about 35 ft. Cleared the stoppage at the clearing the stoppage I reset the toilet, replaced the wax ring. Flush the toilet about seven to eight times to make sure the line was clear. Upon further investigation of the problem we noticed that the pressure switch was bad on the outside pump. So we removed the old pressure switch and replaced it with a new one.
