Plumber Notes: Pump is working fine and pumping water like it should but it is not drawing it from the well. Homeowner will have to get a hold of a well company to pull the head up to replace the check valve. Water is just going right back into the well. There’s nothing stopping it from returning back to the well which is causing the pump not to take a prime.
