Plumber Notes: Upon my arrival, I met with the homeowner who assisted me in located the clean out for the main drain line around his property. Unfortunately after several attempts we were unable to locate the clean out. I then went into the house with the homeowner who informed me that only his back master bathroom on the first floor was having issues. With no clean out visible on the exterior of the home. I removed the toilet from the flange and sent my cable down into the main roughly 80 ft before. Finally hitting a large mass. After repeated attemps to get through the unknown object, I finally heard a loud popping sound inside of the pipe and witnessed all of the water that was standing in the pipe began to drain out. Upon retrieving my cable, I discovered a large amount of wipes wrapped around my cable. The homeowner then informed me that one of the residents of the home has actually been flushing wipes when they use the toilet. I informed the homeowner that although his main is clear to avoid flushing wipes in the future. I then reinstalled the homeowners toilet and cleaned the area thoroughly. Job completed.
