Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, we will turn off the water in the facility Demo:Women restroom- We removed the pre-existing lavatory. We will cap off the supply line 1/2 in for hot and cold. We will cap off the 1 1/2 in PVC drainpipe. We will remove the pre-existing toilet. We will install a multi-turn stop for the toilet water supply. We will insert a plug in the toilet flange, so there is no sewer smell in the restaurant.Men restroom- We removed the pre-existing lavatory. We will cap off the supply line 1/2 in for hot and cold. We will cap off the 1 1/2 in PVC drainpipe. We will remove the pre-existing toilet. We will install a multi-turn stop for the toilet water supply. We will insert a plug in the toilet flange, so there is no sewer smell in the restaurant.Fixture installation for both bathrooms: We will install a new ADA toilet, with new wax rings, closet bolts, and a supply line. We will install new lavatories with ADA height with new, faucets, mixing valves, grid strainers, P-traps, trap wraps, and new supply lines. After all the installation is done, we will turn the water back on to check for leaks. We will caulk for both toilets and the lavatory. The customer is providing all fixtures. If the customer needs additional work to be done, there will be a change of order. Betros will warranty this job for 1 year.
