Plumber Notes: Our arrival, we realize that the false. It was the went to grab the right one. We also installed a new wax. Ring gasket on the urinal in the men’s restroom, we came to find out that the urinal was backed up. We poured calci solved down it for an hour and it did not train it. We will need to tell Joe about this. Period the water lines in the back were not able to get turned off and they will not let us turn the water off. We will need to set a right time to turn the water off for the whole building and re-install 2 new angle stops in the back for AV hand sink period the floor sink and the back under the 3 compartment sink was backed up. So we ran a handsnake, 3/8. Cable down next to drain it Went back to instst. 1-28-25 joe- arrive to the customer due to the customer having a complaint about a few of the sinks not working properly. Change a bad angle. Stop for the men’s handicap lavatory faucet and everything began to function properly for that faucet. The other three faucets clean the connections and replace the batteries in all faucets and was only able to get the women’s handicap faucet to function properly. The men’s and women’s faucets and outside of the stalls are still not functioning properly as well as the toilet in the men’s handicap stall still constantly running. Spoke with Joe about this and will resend an estimate for all further work1-29-25 joe- Return to the customer s. To install the handsync in the kitchen due to the sensor faucets being one whole faucets installed, new sinkhole covers to cover the old holes and drilled a new hole into the back of the hand sink installed the sensor faucet and tested function. All is functioning properly and not leaking at this time
