Plumber Notes: Arrived, pulled element covers off off hybrid heater. Bottom element not working and top element is reading good. Installed upper and lower elements to be safe and got heater back on Flushed system of build up in tank and cleared system.Heater will take up to 2 hours to get to right temperature if it ain’t hot with in the next 3 hours he will contact us back and we will come check it out again.
