Plumber Notes: On arrival customer complained about the toilet rocking and spraying from the base. Customer did tell me that they attempted to replace the wax ring and fix the toilet the first time by themselves. After I remove the toilet, I noticed that the flange was broken and it was a cast iron fridge. So I used a flange saver over top of the old one replace the closet bolts, added a new wax ring and re-bolted the toilet back down. Once the toilet was bolted back down it was sturdy and no longer rocking. I flushed the toilet over. Sometimes it was no longer spraying from the base of the toilet. I had the customer to check over my job plus your toilet too. Customers happy with the job and job is complete.
