Plumber Notes: When arrived, customer stated that the entire house was backing up. I ran my cables with a cutterhead down the line about 30 feet and cleared the stoppage when I pulled back my cables. There was roots on the end of my line. Think I was able to clear the stoppage with the cutterhead. Job is complete. Spoke with Terry and let him know if this does occur again we will need to clear the stoppage and run the camera to verify that the roots are gone.
