Plumber Notes: We will access the crawlspace from the access door and begin cutting out old cast iron and running new pvc drainage pipe. We will be tying into existing stub downs underneath the building. We will hang and strap the new pvc drainage pipe. We will be deleting the cast iron and converting to pvc for both sides of the building underneath the building. Once we have converted to pvc and connected to all existing fixtures and vents we will then penetrate from underneath the building and tie onto existing 4” pvc sewer line in the yard. Betros plumbing is not responsible for any drywall tile dirt sod wood concrete damage or repair. Any unforeseen circumstances will result in a change order. Arrived and started re-drain on building. We will return tomorrow and continue removing cast iron and replacing with pvc drainage pipe. Finished re-drain underneath building attached onto all existing stub downs and ran line strapped all the way to where it exits the building where we tied onto existing pvc main line going to city tap all piping was ran with a 1/4” fall per foot to code checked and tested in good working condition.
