Plumber Notes: Upon arrival was hit with a strong gas smell. upon further inspection found gas leak inside of emergency gas shut off box. Shut gas off took apart and resealed. Turn gas back on and tested. No leak at this time. Fireplace closest to emergency gas shut off was not working opened access panel, and found gas line to be turned off under table opened up gas line and tested fire pit one is working as it should fire pit two will ignite and light but after 30 seconds shuts off gas. Found issue to be flame sensor/ thermophile. It is not detecting the flame which is causing gas to be shut off. Fire pit three is functioning as it should. Customer to get with supplier and order replacement parts. Then call us back to install. Complete.
