Plumber Notes: Drained water heater to replace upper and lower elements and thermostats. Changed out upper and lower thermostats and elements on water heater refilled water heater. Turn the water heater back on and waited an hour for water to heat to heat up and make sure it was getting hot enough. Tested hot water water getting hot like it should. Put panels back on water heater cleaned up area job complete.
