Plumber Notes: Leaking waste arm at bathrooms in rooms 4 and 2. Maintenance had already fixed room four. I worked in room 2 and made repairs to the failed solder joint. Checked for leak as well. Had Maintenance cut open a wall and expose the piping so I could put together a proper estimate.
