Plumber Notes: When I arrive the customer was having an issue in the subway kitchen. The three compartment sink was not draining properly and multiple strainers were hard to open and close. Got all of the water to drain out of the sinkl and remove the stoppers for the center basket strainer and the strainer to the far right. Cleaned all Gunk out lubricated all of the brass so everything would move properly after getting all of the strainers functioning properly, ran the 1/4-in cable through the clean out as well as through each of the drain lines for each compartment of the sink when hot water the entire time as well as dish detergent tested function.
