Plumber Notes: We were showing the upstairs hall shower. We noticed a drip coming from the tub spout. There is wet carpet just behind this shower. Water dripping from second floor to the first floor ceiling. Was able to see water on pipes behind shower trim and from down below. I made contact with a Mr.Franz who asked for an estimate on cutting open the dry wall behind the shower to find any leaks other than the tub spout. I am going to be making the estimate for cutting dry wall- finding any issues and fixing any issues. But today I am putting the shower trim all back together and was asked to inform the tenants to not use this shower for now. I noticed that the tub spout did not have an o ring and the copper was not cleaned. The tenant showed me a space in the ceiling that I was able to stick my phone in and take pictures of the water lines below the shower. There is water damage to the ceiling.
