Plumber Notes: After the big freeze the customer did not have water. She then noticed water damage on her ceiling in the laundry room and the kitchen. Cut a hole in the ceiling of both areas to see if there was water leaking from any of the pipes. Ran water in all of the bathrooms and checked all of the drains, as well as the pipes while the water was running. Was not able to find any leaks or damaged pipes. As a preventive measure, placed caulk around the bathroom fixtures to include the vanity. Also glued the coupling onto the drain pipe for the AC unit.... read more

Plumber Notes: Upon arrival, I spoke with doctor and he stated he was having water pressure issues on his bathroom sink in his office. We took apart the faucet and removed water restrictor. After we put faucet back together and tested the faucet. Everything working correctly and faucet has correct pressure. Plumber Notes: Customer has leak in ceiling in the living room from bathroom above when flushing toilet and using vanity sink. Upon inspection of the vanity found there was a gasket missing at the P-trap connection causing it to leak all over inside of the cabinet. Replaced seal at P-trap connection and corrected this leak under vanity cabinet . Cabinet has severe water damage. Also pulled the toilet to replace the wax ring and discovered the old wax was hardly there to begin with. Replaced wax ring with new extra thick ring reset toilet and corrected that leak issue as well. Customer then brought to my attention downstairs toilet is leaking around the base as well and she would like to have that wax seal replaced also. I pulled up the toilet and discovered the wax ring needed to be replaced and I replaced it also I had to cut the old bolts off and install new ones. But before I could do that I had to replace the toilet flange which was broken on the left side. I showed the homeowner damage to the flange and she proceeded to let me know that she would like to have that repaired as well. ... read more

Plumber Notes: Sewer line repair. Break up the concrete from the front bedroom wall to approximately 2 feet outside of the house. Will remove the belly and adjust the pipe properly due to it currently holding water. Will need to possibly core a new hole through the footer of the house. Will install schedule 40 PVC pipe approximately 24 square feet of concrete will need to be removed. Once the pipe is repaired then the section of concrete that was removed will be poured back.... read more

Plumber Notes: Came out due to leak at hose bib. Upon arrival, found leaking zurn bib on outside of building. Went inside and opened up a hole in mechanical closet behind the bib to expose pipe going to bib. Found no evidence of leaking from pipe. Opened up faceplate and determined the stem has gone bad and is allowing water to seep by. Going to get a rebuild kit now and returning tonight to replace the stem. Returned at 10:00pm. Was asked to leave water on until 10:30pm. At 10:30pm, we successfully turned the water off, and extracted leaking stem in zurn hose bib. Rebuilt hose bib stem and gaskets. Plumber Notes: Leakage at the 2in adapter joint. Dug out roots and dirt from between pipe, wall, and back. Cut pipe and removed adapter and 90 elbow. Primed and glued, after measuring new pipe and tied back into existing pipe. Turned water back on with point of contact present. No leakage.... read more

Plumber Notes: No blockages that I can see at present time. Took many photos of the drains and some are in use, some are floor drains. No backing up. Also, there is kitchen equipment either bolted to floor or mounted to a wall which is directly over two drains, which hinder any service work needed to be performed.
