Plumber Notes: Leak in wall behind refrigerator. Full refrigerator out saw that ice maker valve is leaking even in off position. Customer advised that they are not using ice maker on refrigerator any longer. Dave customer option to cut open wall and cap off. Cut open wall behind refrigerator to expose C PVC half inch pipe. Cut off pipe from ice maker line and cap off. Turn water back on to test for leaks no leaks found at this time... read more
Slab Leak Repair Plumbing Service on April 19, 2021 in Ponte Vedra, FL (32082)
Plumber Notes: Investigated possible leak in wall. Had to remove water softener to access wall behind. To remove water softener, had to cut lines then loop back together and wait after give to set up. Once this was done opened water back up and found no leaks. Also ran water through drain for softener and observed no leaks or backups. Walls were completely dry when cutting and with no visible leaks, believe water damage to be old. Dry wall and time repairs to be done by others. Will leave water softener unattached until wall repairs can be completed.... read more

Plumber Notes: Upon arrival checked the breaker box to make sure it wasn't tripped. Afterwards moved to the water heater and checked the elements. Noticed that the power box to the water heater was turned off, after turning it on the water heater started working. The hot water in the facility is now working.... read more

Plumber Notes: Added a shut off valve for the gas line. Installed black iron and installed a drip leg with a new 7 to 11 WC Regulator for the new 55,000 BTU conversion to natural gas. Installed the customer provided gas line to the new gas pit. Tested for any leaks and found none.... read more
