Plumber Notes: When arrived robert said the one urinal was slow to drain. Upon further investigation found that the drain in the urinal was clogged with calcium i attempted to clear with snake and was unsuccessful. I then suggested calsi solve. Robert had a bottle of calci solve we used. I vaced all water out of the urinal and put the calci solve in the urinal. There is a 1hr wait time until we can test to see if the calci solve worked successfully. We waited on hr before testing. We then tested the urinal and the calci solve did not fix it…the other two urinals are operating and robert is ok with that. He is going to order another urinal and call us when it comes in.
