Plumber Notes: On arrival, I walked around the house to find a clean out where I found raw sewage on the ground and a broken 2 inch PVC pipe. There was a 4 inch clean out that had sewage coming out of it so I started with my 7/8 cable sending a cable into the cleanout and I was able to break up some of the stoppage. I believe there is more issues inside the pipe that I cannot see without having a camera job done. I highly recommend getting a camera out here so we can see what’s inside the pipe so that we can either repair or replace the sections. The 2 inch PVC pipe was able to cut out the fitting and furnco a new fitting in place. I found the broken PVC pipe with a fish tank full of trash smashed on top of it. I do believe this is a case of negligence from the tenants as the property is dilapidated. We had to move a bunch of trash to even find the clean out I believe there will be more problems in the future.
