Plumber Notes: On arrival customer show me the toilet that was constantly running and the sink that was leaking. I changed out the p-trap for the sink because the p-trap that was currently on the sink was not up to code. I also changed out the fill valve for the toilet to stop it from running. The oil fill valve was getting stuck causing the toilet to constantly run. Tested and everything works properly. Tested the p-trap for any leaks. Plumber Notes: There was water in the women’s bathroom, in the ADA stall. Do upon my inspection I found water in the floor back wall behind the toilet. I got permission to cut up the wall, when I cut up the wall there was a decent amount of water along the framing tracks. This issue has it has been ongoing for at least 3 to 6 months. I shop vac the dirty water. Once it was all clean, I found out the leak was coming from the opposite wall and the leak was coming from in the kitchen where the mop sink was that so I remove the mop sink and I found out that the gasket underneath the mouth sink was worn down, and and I found out that the 3 inch pipe drainage was cracked, so I chipped out the surrounding area where the 3 inch pipe was, I I cut out the crack area. I install a 3 inch Fernco. I install a new 24 x 24 x 10“ mop sink. I recaulk I mop sink area after the installation. I pour about 5 gallons of water into the mop sink, just to check to see if there was any more leaks, and there was no more leaks. For the bathroom I remove the toilet and I remove the laboratory in the ADA stall. And we will be coming back to reinstall the toilet and the lavatory. Once the tile work is done. I install a new angle stop for the toilet due to the previous angle stop was leaking. and in the bathroom, there is four floor fans blowing towards the wall, so that we can dry it wet area in the wall. Plumber Notes: This is a three bathroom home that has been redone poorly. Customer has master bathroom that is not draining which has brand new PVC underneath it. The other two bathrooms have also been redone with PVC but there is a footer underneath the house that both come through PVC for approximately 18 ft on both of them and then turn to cast iron. There has been a clean out installed next to the home that is plastic, at this point we will be replacing cast iron under the house which is approximately 40 ft straight run through footer tied onto newly installed cleanout. We will have to raise the drain lines under the mat stir bathroom approximately 2 in to get a better flow. Everything is pretty much laying on the ground now. We will be doing quite a bit of digging under the house it is approximately a 24-in crawl space maybe a little more. Customer is not having a problem with any other bathroom other than the master but the other two also tie into cast iron. Job should take 2 to 3 days with two people but we will not leave you without a bathroom…. read more

Plumber Notes: Supply line stops on toilets require a key. Customer doesn’t want after hours rates. Found 1 water meter with concrete in it. Can not shut off water to remove toilets and remove blockage. Can have a key by morning, but not by requested finish time.. Removed both toilets to perform a snaking away from building. Replaced toilets and tightened the tank on one. Started snaking towards the city but was stopped due to request from client until further notice…. read more

Plumber Notes: Disconnected old water heater and connections. Water heater wouldn’t drain, so it had to be moved while full of water. Retrieved new water heater, drain pan, mip and fip`s, 3/4 cpvc pipe and 20 inch supply line for hot water in the kitchen. Tied everything in appropriately. Someone got in shower so we had to wait a little longer to make sure water was getting hot. No leaks…. read more
