Plumber Notes: Arrived, measured for heater to roof and it’s about 5 to 6 ft of clearance so we are good on room. Removed old 20 gallon water heater and replaced it with a new 20 gallon water heater. Pipes are all rerun hot and cold and electric is hooked up. Water heaters is full. Stayed for 30 minutes to make sure water was getting hot. Cleaned up the bathroom and put panels back on the ceiling. Job complete
