Plumber Notes: Upon inspection found high low elkay water fountains with bottle filler to be not functional. Opened up bottom and checked outlet. Outlet has power. Disconnected water on outlet side of filter. Opened water back up and had plenty of pressure. When plugged in compressor and fan don’t fire. Internals are no longer working. Need to be replaced.
