Plumber Notes: We removed a section of the tile floor and concrete slab. Dug down to find leak under slab and found leak and removed damaged pipe. We replaced pipe with new pipe and turned water back on to home. We tested for leaks, no leaks found. We then put dirt, also added concrete to level with the slab. We tested to make sure water was working in the home. Everything is working no leaks job is complete
