Plumber Notes: Arrived at customers and shown the sanitary leak on the left hand side of the 2 compartment sink in kitchen. Found leak on the 1 1/2” drop piece connecting to left hand basket strainer. The gasket between the basket strainer and 1 1/2” drop piece to be slightly warped and the locking nut loose. I installed a new gasket and tightened all of the lock nuts for the sanitary to ensure there are no other leaks. I filled both sinks to flood level and let the water drain. (No leaks) For the customer provided faucet installation I found that all 3 water stops (hot,cold,dishwasher) were all loose. I first tightened the compression nut on all 3 and turned the hot and cold water off. I removed the old faucet and cleaned the base area of the counter. I installed the new faucet mounting the base and tightening the hot and cold lines. Turned hot & cold water on to the new faucet checked for leaks. No leaks.
