Plumber Notes: Upon arrival I went and inspected the women’s and men’s restrooms to the back left-hand side of the store. The building still has low water pressure and multiple toilets had waste in them because the toilets do not have enough water to fully flush. After removing the water savers from multiple faucets, I found debris in all of the faucet water savers, and when I ran cold water, the water is clear when I ran the hot water. The water is yellow, telling me that the water heater needs an anode rod and be flushed extremely bad. Flushing the water heater will not increase the water pressure to the toilets. I believe that one JEA did work a while back all the lines. I am going to recommend that we re-pipe the building. Re-piping the building will provide fresh pipes that have no debris or calcium of any type inside of them giving full water pressure throughout the building. As for the stoppage I was able to hand push cable from the clean out towards the building and broke up a bunch of toilet paper that was bunched up. I pulled out a cleaning wipe out of the clean out wrapped in my cable when we pulled it out. The waste will continue to cause stoppages if the water pressure issue is not fixed. I highly recommend having a repipe done.
