Plumber Notes: Arrived, disassembled p- trap and ran 7/8 cable approximately 30 ft hit and cleared blockage ran sink checked and tested. It’s in good working condition. No one on site for payment and no answer from Galaxy group bill out2/23- upon arrival, met with Sierra the director here at this academy and she took me into the kitchen where the problem was reported immediately. There was a dishwasher doing dishes in the three compartment sink and there was no stoppage at this time so we walked around to the other side of the wall to the other sinks that are connected, ran those for several minutes and did not get a stoppage either. There is a lift station in the front of the property that has Metro Rooter on it. There is no stoppage at this time. All sink drains flowing properly…. read more

Plumber Notes: Arrived, busted floor and found that drain lines are right under slab. I busted both 2″ lines inlet and outlet. Had to run all new piping to fixtures. Had to bust out more concrete than expected to get new box in. Got box in and set and leveled out. Pipped in grease trap and piped in 3-compartment sink and lav next to sink. Tested, no leaks, ready for inspection. Got a piece of plywood to cover the hole so she can access and not have any issues. She is very pleased and I will return after inspection and do the concrete patch around grease trap. Arrived patched concrete back and installed a new basket strainer since the old one was leaking. Will return tomorrow and remove plywood…. read more

Plumber Notes: Customer needs to relocate the vent stack, install new shower valve, cap of tub drain, cap of water line, and change out 4 angle stop.Installations- Turn of the water to the house. I remove the pre-existing shower valve with the pre-existing shower head wing out. I install a new shower valve with 4 new MIP, wing out and approximately 90 1/2in cpvc, 2 1/2in coupling 6 ft of 1/2in cpvc pipe. I tie the new water line to the pre-existing hot and cold line.The pre-existing vent stack was exposed, I remove the pre-existing vent stack. I ran new venting 1 1/2in pvc pipe in the wall through the studs. I retie the new vent to the pre-existing stack up in the ceiling.I remove 4 pre-existing compression angle stops. I install new glue angle stop.The hot and cold water line that was use for the pre-existing tub. I cut both line at the angle stop. Install two 1/2in cpvc caps.I cut the pre-existing tub drain below the slap at the T. I install a 1 1/2in pvc cap.After all the installation was completed I turn the water back on to check for leaks. Plumber Notes: Upon arrival noticed the aerator was empty and fitting had blown out of connection at top of pump. Repaired. The water pipe going from pump to the aerator went to turn the power on notice. The pump that fills the aerator was not responding so then I inspected the pressure switch and notice at the points were burned out on it. So I then replaced the pressure switch and returned the power and it started filling up the aerator. After the aerator was completely full, I then turned on the second pump which controls pumping the water from the aerator to the house and the house has water again with good pressure…. read more

Plumber Notes: Nut on bottom of the tank that goes to flush valve was very loose. Was causing water to pour out of tank. I tightened the nut and leak stopped. Also took off handle to the toilet and cleaned the trash off of it because it was sticking. Also readjusted the chain to the flapper so the handle and flapper would operate properly. Flushed toilet several times. Waited to see if leak was stopped. It is no longer leaking. Job complete… read more

Plumber Notes: When I arrived on property, the clean out was holding water. I ran the camera down the mainline from clean out to the city mainline and wet wipes where being used and causing the back up. I also found at 11 foot there was intrusion of roots that was holding the wipes in the line, continued past the roots and found at around 40 feet where the mainline from the home and the main line to the city was holding water at the connection. I pulled the camera back and ran the sink and toilets to make sure stoppage was clear. Everything was flowing, job is complete…. read more

Plumber Notes: Anytime multiple fixtures are running water, the water pressure drops. Checked for leaks. Checked the ball valve at the front of the house, and the curb stop meter to make sure they were open all the way. Checked the backed, which slows the water down but doesn’t stop it. Checked the water softener and that fixed the issue. The water is not being used and is dropping the water pressure. Put it in bypass and the water pressure is now good…. read more

Plumber Notes: Remove current lift station from current location and install new lift station that is deeper and with a more powerful pump. Used backhoe to dig out old tank and dig deep enough for new tank and pump. Had to hand dig part of project because of how close it is to the front window. Was able to remove old tank. Put new tank in place drilled holes for inlet and discharge of pump. Added check valve and shut off valve for maintenance. Also drilled hole for electrical. Advised customer that all electrical components are going to need an electrician to install proper connections for functionality of pump and alarm. Started raining so couldn’t finish back filling…. read more
