Plumber Notes: Repair tub spout on tub that was broken off due to galvanized pipe being old and rusted. Repaired it with two 1/2 in. mips 1/2-in pipe and 1/2 in. 90 sealed tub spout. Two tile wall also pulled out stem for shower diverter and cleaned and put back in. Showed the customer how it would keep running water if you turn it on and then turn it off with the water still running. Explained that you have to shut the water off for the pressure to relieve from shower diverter for it to stop leaking from shower head cleaned up the entire area. Job is complete.
