Plumber Notes: Upon arrival there were two toilets that filled very slowly which had them thinking that the toilet was not flushing properly, but the tank will just wasn’t getting full quick enough for them. I replaced both fill valves in the toilets which help the water pressure but the building still lacks water pressure at all fixtures.
