Plumber Notes: Upon arrival we entered the master bathroom. We first shut off the water to the toilet. And then began to remove toilet. Once removed, we set up our camera. We went to go camera the line and noticed that immediately it was holding water. We then proceed at the camera to find out how far the line held Water is approximately 30 to 40 feet. We have came to the conclusion that the line is backpitched. We recommend pulling out the line Which runs out the backup Addition then shoots down the backside of the house back into the main line on the other side of the house, And replacing it, making sure that the dirt is compacted properly before laying the pipe. Upon arrival customer stated that the toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, upon further investigation on the job, I noticed that the flush valve and the diaphragm was bad. Went to part house to get new parts for toilet. Installed new parts, flushed toilet multiple times to make sure the parts were working correctly. Everything is now working correctly with no leaks. Plumber Notes: Two technicians ran 100 feet of camera got to what we thought was a stoppage. Took the camera out and ran 120 ft of k60 big cable. Could not break through the stoppage. Put camera back in to the stoppage, then located that on the back side of the two buildings has a crack in a fitting near the cleanout. And a belly about 20-30ft. That is visible. You can see where the pipe fell off the strap. Customer said he would fix the problem…. read more

Plumber Notes: Customer has leak in front yard near driveway area. Driveway not fully paved and had a blow out in the yard showing where leak was. Turned on meter to verify and found 3/4 pvc water line leaking at broken 90. Dug up pipe cut out old broken pipes and replaced with new pipes. Waited for glue to dry 20 minutes and then turned on water to test. No more leaks found at this time…. read more
