Plumber Notes: Upon inspection found crawlspace to be full of sewage. All the visible drainage under the home is plastic. It starts to go in the ground, coming out the backside of the home, and there is a Fernco and then turns to terra-cotta or Clay, couldn’t tell due to sewage, we flush the toilet in the home And water/sewage bubbled up from the ground, where old school pipe is. informed customer we couldn’t do anything to help the situation due to the condition of the crawlspace at this time. Needs to have lime spread and to dry out. Customers are aware they cannot use anything in the home at this time. Customer is going to have septic pumped out and give time to dry by not using plumbing in the home.
