Plumber Notes: 19 Oct – Removed toilet tank from the bowl in the master bathroom due to leak and replaced the gasket and bolts and reconnected to the bowl. Installed the tank in the hall bathroom toilet with a new stop customer supplied parts 20 Oct – Cut out the drain and the water lines for the vanity coming up through the floor in the master bathroom for the new installation of a double vanity sink with new 8 inch spread faucets. Measured the existing holes for the the new sink and predrilled the holes before installing. Reconfigured all the piping water and drain for the new sink 21 Oct – Removed the existing 2 handle shower valve and installed a single handle moen chatea posi temp shower connecting to the existing polybutylene water lines with shark bites behind the fiberglass enclosure. Not responsible for any drywall repairs. Used a larger cover plate to cover existing holes in shower. Installed vanity cabinet and faucet in the hall bathroom, cut out and rerouted the drain and water lines. Capped off existing vent in the wall and installed a studdart vent under the sink with the new drain. Also fixed a ½ inch tee that was pinched under the house/
