Plumber Notes: Ran k60 down the line that is clear, going towards the line that is holding water and was unable to clear stoppage. Also ran cable from the line that is full to the line that is clear and was still unable to clear the stoppage. Between the breezeway I went to the second stoppage that is the kitchen and lobby open to clean out on the outside of the wall. Noticed that it was holding water also. Open to clean out on the inside of the wall and noticed that it was holding water. I ran my k60 down to clean out on the outside of the wall going towards inside of the building to clear the stoppage, flush toilets, rain water and checked to make sure there was no more stoppages inside the lobby and or kitchen line. Told customer that we will be back tomorrow to jet out the line on each side of the breezeway to clear that stoppage. We will also camera every line that had a stoppage to check that all piping is correct and there are no imperfections or anything causing the stoppage with the line. We returned on site on a July 11th 2024. After meeting with maintenance, we began using a camera on the main line located near the breezeway. While using the camera we discovered a large belly in the main line that is roughly 20 ft or more in length. After discussing with maintenance we began jetting the main line to ensure that there was no foreign debris that could potentially cause a backup. Once we had completed jetting the main line located near the breezeway, we then moved the jitter to behind the restaurant and additionally jetted the main line behind the restaurant. While jetting assisted by maintenance, observed the cleanouts located by the breezeway and found them to be flowing normally. The clean out located near the breezeway of the main parking lot was flowing. However, there was still standing water. This is due to the belly that was previously discovered in the main line. Once jetting was completed we found the restaurant main line to be completely clear and flowing. I have informed maintenance that the belly that is in the main line is flowing, however it May cause a future backup due to foreign debris gathering in the pipe. We have recorded camera footage and will be sending it over once it has been uploaded. Additionally, I will be writing up an estimate for the customer to repair the belly in the main line. estimate sent. Job completed.
